Bartec have a manned telephone help line available to help customers with their TPMS problems. Call now toll free (866) 407-TPMS. There is currently no charge for this service which is staffed by a team of technical TPMS professionals who have worked with the technology since its inception in 1998. A number of these engineers have worked in the car plants where the technology was introduced. In fact Bartec have now installed TPMS tools in plants worldwide for Ford, GM, Nissan, Renault, Daimler Chrysler, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar, Kia, Hyundai, BMW, Mercedes and others. It is because we work to solve the problems in these environments that we are so knowledgeable when it comes to designing TPMS products and offering TPMS support. Also because we have sight of what the OE's are introducing that we are always many months (and in some cases years) ahead of the competition when introducing new software.
We are happy to discuss problems around TPMS whether they involve the use of our tools or how they can help you. There are many known issues given the many different electrical and mechanical designs of TPMS. Bartec have worked with all of the available TPMS manufactured parts at some point and our tools work with all TPMS products on the market.
Also when you buy one of our TPMS products you gain access to the 'library' of TPMS information on the second level of our website. This has extensive detail of all procedures required for all vehicles including the TPMS procedures for all vehicles which are illustrated in the Mitchell1 Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems Guide which shows service requirements, reset procedures, dismounting/mounting instructions, torque specifications etc for all makes/models and years.
