I am writing today to express my extreme praise and appreciation for the excellent customer service and patience that I received from your agent, Luis Lopez. Luis assisted me in updating my tire scanner with the new software on my computer running Windows-XP which required additional steps above and beyond the regular update process. Luis walked me through each step, making the process easy to understand. My scanner was updated successfully without any issues. I wish all support agents were as patient and knowledgeable as Luis. I appreciate your time in reading this, and I hope that my praise will be shared with Luis as well.

I just wanted to drop a line to you for the great service! I just did the first tire rotation on a car that has a TPMS and I was scared out of my mind. But, Lisa is a terrific teacher!!! She has the patience of a Saint! She talked me through the whole process. As a teacher she can even show the slow kids, like me, how to do the job right! She went above and beyond the call of duty! Now that’s service! I am extremely glad I chose Bartec! Thank you again.
I am a manager for a tire shop in WA. I experienced great customer service from two of your employees, Jonathan & Lisa. I had been struggling to update our TECH400 and fortunately Jonathan & Lisa saved the day. I’m sure they both thought I must have been a real dummy with the computer, but to their credit, not once was I treated like one. Both were very cordial & patient throughout the process. As I’m sure you are very aware, customer service is the key to our success as a company. So at times in our company we can be very critical of others when it comes to service. Please extend my gratitude to them both along with a good old “Pat on the back” for me.
Hello, the info that you presented at Vision is getting put to use every day in the shop. TPMS problems have been easy to solve and using Test Before Touch has eliminated potential problems. Also called tech support yesterday which helped with a relearn issue thanks for putting on the show in KC. Hello mike I was at the seminar in KC vision all is working well with the tool.
Thank you again for your help last night with updating our Bartec tool. It is not often now a days that you find somebody willing to help out after hours, they normally tell you to call back during normal business hours. I have your number saved and I will gladly give you a call if I run into any TPMS problems in the future. Thank you.
Thanks again for all your help. We have looked at various brands of TPMS tools over the past couple of years, but none are as good as Bartec. In all the times I have called or emailed Bartec for help I have never had any problems. You guys have the best customer service!
