Bartec USA Remains Open

Dear Valued Customer or Partner, As you are no doubt aware, we are in unprecedented times. Many states, including Michigan, are under some form of “shelter in place” order. In Michigan, we have been ordered to stay home unless working at a business that is defined as essential. Businesses that provide service for automobiles are considered essential and therefore, so are their suppliers.

To that end, Bartec USA remains in operation. However, per our state’s order, businesses are to operate only with the minimum number of persons necessary. During this challenging time, we will remain open for business, albeit at a lesser capacity.

There will be reduced staffing company wide, and the hours of operation will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am through 4:30 pm, eastern time. We have a limited number of associates working in all areas of the business including technical support, inside sales, field sales, shipping and receiving and accounting.
