Since 1992, the name Bartec has been synonymous with Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems. As the world’s first developer of TPMS Processing Equipment and TPMS Hand Tools, Bartec TPMS technology was first to be used in an Automotive Assembly Plant. Shortly afterwards in 2000, Bartec brought its unique designs and solutions to the North American Original Equipment market. Bartec and its partner spent the next four years creating the standard in TPMS equipment for the OE Manufacturers. Bartec USA was formed in July 2004.

Just as quickly as Bartec USA became recognized as a pioneer in OE plant equipment and TPMS Essential Tool Programs, was our rise to prominence in the Automotive Aftermarket. By 2006, we launched our first of a long line of TPMS Service the Tech300. Since then, we have consistently made each generation of TPMS Tool better than the previous, focusing on the features that our customers wanted and needed. What would follow over the next eighteen years would be unprecedented product innovation, the most industry firsts, and of course, the development of the very best customer support available. Bartec USA’s primary mission was [and is] to separate ourselves from the competition by providing unparalleled customer support. Our Sales Team teaches TPMS while our Technical Support Team helps our customers navigate the challenges of TPMS service. Each member of our sales and technical support teams are TIS ATS certified instructors. Each person is trained in all aspects of TPMS function, diagnostics and service.
While our early existence was aimed at our presence in the Original Equipment realm, we always had our sights on the future, the Automotive Aftermarket. We knew that we could bring our expertise and experience to bear in this space, and that’s exactly what we did! Market firsts like the first TPMS Tool to feature OBDII connectivity to the vehicle, the first TPMS Tool to program Recommended Inflation Pressure [placard], the first TPMS Tool to wirelessly program TPMS Sensors, and so many more! In 2019, Bartec added the Rite-Sensor® and TPMS Sensor Service Kits to our offering. Instantly we became a “one-stop-shop” for TPMS Service, building on our reputation as the premier tool supplier. Adding a sensor was a natural progression for Bartec because we were known as a “process oriented” solutions provider. Adding replacement parts that were designed to be easily used and applied was a logical step. In the years since, we have become the preferred supplier to the industry’s biggest tire retailers and service providers!
